A 50% (fifty per cent)
deposit is required to
confirm a reservation. In
the event of a booking being
cancelled or the period of
stay reduced, any discount
quoted will be subject to
revision. Cancellation of a
reservation at any time
prior to the arrival date
will incur an administration
fee of 10% of the Total
Reservation Value.
Cancellation within 28
(twenty eight) calendar days
prior to the arrival date
will incur a cancellation
charge of 25% (twenty five
per cent), inclusive of the
administration fee, of the
Total Reservation Value;
within 10 (ten) calendar
days 50% (fifty per cent);
within 5 (five) calendar
days 75% (seventy five per
cent) and within 48 (forty
eight) hours 100% (one
hundred per cent) of the
total reservation value.
Cancellation charges will
only be applied if we are
unable to re-let the room(s).
Where a company/individual
makes a reservation on
behalf of someone else, the
company/individual shall be
liable for any cancellation
